NEWS: Teaming up with Realm Cellars

Pascal and Melanie love living in the Napa Valley and feel strongly about supporting their community. Access to health and education services, and cultural events are among their top priorities for support.

  • Pascal and Melanie have been long-time supporters of Music In the Vineyards (MITV), an annual world-class chamber music festival in the Napa Valley, and from 2015-2017 Melanie was on the board of the festival. In addition to MITV’s signature month-long concert series, this organization works to provide a spectrum of educational programming designed to reach into the community, including supporting young musicians and promoting a greater appreciation of chamber music among new and diverse audiences.
  • With a donation of $10,000 Pascal and Melanie became members of the Napa Valley Vine Trails’ Founders Circle, a grass-roots nonprofit with the vision to build a walking and biking trail system to connect the entire Napa Valley–physically, artistically, and culturally.
  • For the past ten years, the Levensohns have been active supporters of the Saint Helena Hospital Foundation, and Pascal currently serves on the Foundation’s board of ambassadors.
  • In June 2016, as members of the Napa Valley Vintners, Pascal and Melanie raised $260,000 from the Levensohn Vineyards Live Auction Lot to support Napa health and education charities. This is the second time that Levensohn Vineyards has offered a Live Auction lot that includes a trip to Israel, the first was in 2014. From these two auction lots alone, Levensohn Vineyards has raised $450,000 for Napa charities. The Levensohn Vineyards lot, “From Ancient Stones to Contemporary Cool: Inside Israel” holds the distinction of being the first in the auction’s 36-year history to include a trip to Israel’s wine country.
  • In September 2014, Levensohn Vineyards announced a gift of $10,000 to to help children understand the basics of business early in their formal education. Through this donation’s entrepreneurial education program will be brought to Napa Valley elementary schools for the first time.
  • Pascal and Melanie are fervent foodies and enjoy cooking. Their annual sponsorship of the St Helena Farmers Market benefits growers by providing them with a marketplace to sell healthy food and helps the market to remain a vital social gathering point for the community.
